1/2 sheet of white cardstock folded in half
foam leaf stickers
stamp pad for thumbprint
black marker
Stamp thumbprint in the upper left hand corner. Place leave stickers around print to make tail. Use smaller leaves for head and waddle. Use black marker for face and feet. Write name. Voila!
