It can be no surprise by now that when it comes to cooking I am all about easy. I have a recipe for toffee I have been meaning to try for years, but it calls for soy-lecethin. Who has that lying around? So I saw this the other day and had to do it!! It is YUM!
So when I was all done and the guilt set in I made these to go with our whole grain spaghetti and no sugar added marinara sauce!
