The Preschool teachers at my daughters school have a great way to help the 3-4 year olds to start recognizing their names. They asked the parents to write each child's name on one egg and they have to find their own eggs. My daughter helped me do this and I was able to see that she not only recognizes her own name, but several of her classmates as well.
