As I have mentioned before, I do not always come up with creative ideas easily. Lately, I have been trying a bit harder in order to spur the creativity in my 4 year old who is constantly asking, "Mommy, can we do something fun?" So the other day I decided to do face painting. I dreamed in my mind of those beautiful butterfly and peacock face paintings you see on people at carnivals. I knew better, especially since with 3 children 4 and under it would have to be quick and simple. I was still a bit disappointed. However, the kids thought it was great and wore them until bedtime pouncing on everyone who entered our home that they had face paintings! So get out those paints and have some fun.
